One-Off Playlist Ideas
A one-off playlist is useful for a specific time, place, or event. It can be used alongside a specific marketing campaign, at a product launch event, for a brand announcement, or for a piece of content.
A Brand Dinner Playlist
From the Portfolio
This was a playlist curated for IONIC’s dinner experience. Here was the schedule:
0 - 1.5 hours: The first 1.5 hours were for appetizers and cocktails. Positive music without too much energy. At the 45 minute mark was a curated sunset moment.
1.5 hours - 4.5 hours: The next three hours were upbeat indie rock songs for dinner.
4.5 - 5 hours: The last 30 minutes was more relaxing indie rock and pop songs as the guests were leaving.
Simple Playlist Content
Example: A calming but celebratory New Year’s Eve playlist for Centered Yoga Studios.
Sometimes you just need a playlist for a single piece of content and don’t necessarily need it updated each month, or matched up with a marketing campaign. This is the package for you.
This type of Playlist Package might go along with a holiday or other celebration, an announcement, a new blog post or other piece of long form content, or a one-time collaboration with another brand or artist.
In-Store Product Launch Playlist
Example: A ‘summer chill’ playlist with upbeat tropical house for Aqua Creme’s product launch event.
Not every event needs a DJ, trust me. For events or get togethers that are important enough to need a specific vibe, but not big enough for a DJ, a fully customized playlist is the answer.
This playlist would be built specifically based on the type of attendee, the energy level you want, genre, and how much of a party you’re looking to throw.
